My wife and I started coming here almost every day during our stay. Reem is so nice, welcoming, and makes the best coffee. They also have board games available! If I lived here this would 100% be my regular spot
A very cozy café with traditional interior architecture, it's spacious and suitable for small and big groups. Drinks and coffee are tasty. The staff are nice and friendly. It is located in Al Mina at a street close to sea area. It's worth visiting when going to Tripoli.
I loved coming to sit here during my trip. Reem makes a delicious latte and is so welcoming. The ambiance both inside and outside makes you feel like you could comfortably spend a couple hours unwinding.

Latest review : Warshe 13 used to be our go-to spot! Reem’s cocktails and food were always excellent, which is why we kept coming back. Unfortunately, our last visit was a letdown. We ordered two cocktails that weren’t to our taste. The staff graciously replaced them, but the new drinks were still disappointing. My friend also ordered a vodka shot and later discovered it was made with a very cheap brand. To make matters worse, the price of that single shot was higher than the cost of an entire bottle of the same vodka brand. It’s disappointing to see such a decline from a place we used to enjoy so much. Previous review: Warche 13 is truly a gem and one of the most charming spots in the heart of Al Mina. The place is absolutely beautiful, especially with its old architectural style and cosy atmosphere. The staff were amazing — very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We tried: * Beef burger — absolutely delicious! * Chicken pesto sandwich * Halloumi salad * Beer

This coffee shop has a really cozy and pleasant atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. We ordered some latte and even enjoyed a glass of red wine, which was a nice touch and surprisingly fitting for the vibe of the place. The vintage-style decor is beautiful and thoughtfully done, giving the space a warm and charming character. What truly stood out was the staff—everyone was kind, but Reem in particular was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A lovely spot to relax and unwind.

Warcheh 13 isn’t just a coffee shop — it feels like the beating heart of Tripoli’s Mina district. From the moment you walk in, the mix of traditional stone arches, vintage furniture, and colorful art on the walls sets a warm, creative tone. It’s one of those rare places where you instantly feel at ease, whether you’re dropping in for a quick coffee or planning to spend hours working, chatting, or attending an event. Ambiance & Vibe: The atmosphere strikes a beautiful balance between cozy and lively. Soft lighting, comfortable seating, and an open layout make it ideal for both solo visitors and groups. Depending on the time of day, you might find people working quietly on laptops, groups playing board games, or locals and travelers mingling over wine and live music. Food & Drinks: The coffee is excellent — rich, smooth, and consistently well-prepared (their cappuccino is a standout). The homemade cookies are irresistible (dangerously addictive — I had to order more than one). They als

Prettiest cafe in all of tripoli. The place has an old charm that is very well preserved. Even the furniture compliment the architecture of the place. Their cookies are so good i had to have 3 of them. They also have some fun board games. The barista was very nice and friendly. Definitely will be coming back.
