Oversky★★★This coffee shop is one of those places in Tripoli that carries history and memory. It has been here for a very long time. The original and real name that many people still remember is Ash-Shaab, even though today it operates under a different name (possibly an Italian one). The name may have changed, but the spirit of the place hasn’t. The location is excellent. It sits on a lively street, directly opposite Radisson Blu Hotel. Behind the café there is actually a very nice view, even though it’s not used by the same place. Still, the spot where you sit has its own charm open air, movement, and life all around you. A lot of people love coming here for the fresh air. Yes, the place can be noisy, but that noise is part of its character. It feels alive. You see people passing by, stopping for coffee, chatting, and enjoying the moment. I know many people who like this café, and I’m definitely one of them. Parking is always a challenge, as expected in such a central area, but it’s manageable
