This restaurant is inside the calypso hotel (100 euro a nigh). The food is amazing and even a bit creative. Probably the best i tried in Tamatave. Atmosphere is too notch, nice and breezy, super comfy chairs, and air conditioning in the toilet! They hace have set everyday: 3 courses for 45,000 which is quite good deal.
