Was actually planning to eat at Canning Dim Sum but didn’t wanna deal with the waiting as it was public holiday at the moment. This store wasn’t far from Canning Dim Sum, less than 10km. When I arrived, there is a lot of parking & only two of the tables are occupied with customers. Greeted with a friendly & polite server, we were given the menus. The menu consisted of a variety of foods, drinks & sides such as dim sums & pau. There are also kids meal options. Ordered foods in the photo attached below. Really love the soup of the wanton mee, I was expecting it to taste like an instant soup but it wasn’t. It has a unique taste to it & I approve it ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also love the dim sums that we ordered. So much better to eat at a restaurant where you don’t have to wait at least an hour to eat.

​⭐⭐⭐ Visited Wau Wau Ipoh Restaurant with my family of 5. The dining space is quite small and felt a bit cramped for our group. The food overall is just average. I came in really craving authentic Ipoh hor fun and ordered the steamed rice roll, but it turned out to be just ordinary steamed kuey teow—nothing special. The rest of the dishes we tried were also just average. An okay place, but don't expect anything extraordinary.

My wife and I ordered Dry Pan Mee, Nasi Goreng Wau and Ice Blended Watermelon Yoghurt. All of them are very excellent, tasty and delicious. The service is a 10 ✨ starts when we get into the store until everything are served. The music is very pleasant and calming when talking while eating. Not loud or disturbing. The store is clean and neat. Will come again if we go to Ipoh in the future.
