What a lovely find in PJ midtown 🤓 Fresh lovely foods good servings. Scrumptious cakes! Great coffees and other refreshing drinks. Reasonably priced. It was a Sat weekend in April ~ so ample parking spaces. Easy access for elderlies. Ambience nice ~ not noisy even tho place pretty full. Thank You for the nice service too ~ keep it up✅

Bookmark Coffee PJ was introduced to me by a local friend who swears by their coffee. Tucked in a quiet neighbourhood in PJ, the café gives off a cozy, laid-back vibe. The space is quite spacious and comfortable — suitable for small group gatherings or catch-ups over coffee. I went with the staff’s recommendation and tried their signature Nasi Lemak Pasta with Roasted Drumstick. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. The pasta sauce leaned heavily towards one note — spicy and sour — without much depth. As for the roasted drumstick, it was rather disappointing. The marination didn’t quite seep in, making it taste a bit flat and underwhelming. I’ve heard they’re quite famous for their latte art, but I didn’t go for that as I was just craving a good cup of coffee and some warm comfort food. I ordered the Black Charcoal Latte, which looked aesthetically pleasing with its bold black colour, but taste-wise, it didn’t really carry that distinct charcoal flavour. Nothing particularl

Had their big breakfast with an iced long black for RM40. The portion size feels fair for the price, making it a decent value overall. The variety on the plate is satisfying, but the execution is slightly inconsistent. Some components lack proper seasoning, particularly the mushrooms, which come across a bit too plain and underwhelming. With better seasoning, the dish could be significantly more enjoyable. As for the coffee, it does its job but does not stand out, fairly average in both strength and flavor. Overall, it is a decent meal, but with small improvements, it could deliver a much better dining experience.

Great café! When they seated me, without me asking they immediately inform about the kind of food they serve. I find that very considerate and am grateful for their attentiveness ♥️. A lot of great seating options too (including plug points for laptop). They recommended me Lion's Mane Carbonara since I wanted vegetarian option, it was really good! I also had the cold Matcha Chocolate, I like how they kept it in the original taste (bitter). Overall, I had a pleasant time here, wouldn't mind coming here again. Thank you Bookmark Coffee PJ :)

Had quite a rough day today and accidentally spilled my coffee all over the floor, but the staff here were incredibly attentive and kind. They immediately came over to help clean everything up and made sure I was okay without making me feel embarrassed. What surprised me even more was that they replaced my coffee for me. Such a small gesture, yet it truly brightened my day. Sometimes life doesn’t go the way we expect, but genuine warmth and kindness from people around us can really make a difference.
