Jade★★★Super cute cafe and I absolutely love the interior design. However the staff were pretty indifferent and lacked warmth when I went. The drinks were very good and it was a cool spot with nice antique touches of decor. Very unique and like out of a Pinterest board. I tried the tofu cheesecake but it just tasted like a block of tofu with graham cracker base. Very disappointing because it looked pretty good. But yea no taste and definitely not a cheesecake. I don’t think I’d come again and wouldn’t recommend to friends outside of maybe to see the vibe in a museum sense. There’s some great thrifting nearby also.
Kit Teguh★★★★★If you ask me where's the best coffee in town in recent memory, Kuro comes out on the top of my head. Maybe it's recency bias, but the coffee blew me away here. Strong, but beautifully balanced, deeply fruity. It's really something else. I love the fact that they open late and this is my new go to spot in the evening. It is a bit dark in the evening though, so you might want to bring your own reading light. But this is a minor thing. The staff is great, the space is amazing and yeah you should try the tofu cheesecake too.
Soya Tham★★★★★I really enjoyed my time at Kuro Coffee. The coffee stood out the most for me you can tell that the barista knows what they’re doing, as the tasting notes came through really clearly in the cup. The space itself feels comfortable and easy to settle into. It’s a nice spot to slow down for a bit and just enjoy a proper coffee break. Price-wise, it’s slightly on the higher side, but for me, the quality and overall experience made it worthwhile. Would come back again when I’m in the mood for a good, well-crafted coffee.
Jeff Ong★★★★★Best of the best. 💯 If you want to experience real specialty coffee, heres the place that u must visit. All their coffee beans are hand picked & curated with perfection, u will only get the best quality beans.. and best beans means best cup of coffee 😏 Huge range of filter coffee, espresso based, and special mix to try out here. Unfortunately, there isnt much food options here, which makes sense, as they are totally focused on making good coffees only. I would recommend getting the tofu cheese cake - not too sweet, just nice. Shop is located on the 1st floor, have to walk up the stairs for little bit, and their shop might be easy to miss as they dont have a stand/signage put up at the walkway, and the only signage is very high up the building. Hope they can keep up the good work. Would visit again if I'm around the area 👍

dq★★★★★Located on the 2nd floor of the building, they moved over from seksyen 51a. I think the current location is alot more "popular" despite the parking situation. Similar concept to some other cafes I've seen where some section of the store is taken up by curated small brand products. Coffee here is good. Still remember the first cup from the 51a store, it really left an impression on me. Will frequent this store more often 👍🏼 and congrats to the owners on the reopening!
Alowe★★★★★Parking can be a little tricky in this area, but there's paid parking nearby at RM3 per hour, which gives you a better chance of finding a spot since most people don't stay long. The café is tucked away on the highest floor above an apparel shop, so you'll need to head upstairs. Once inside, you're greeted with a calm, chill atmosphere. The acoustics are surprisingly decent, making it comfortable to chat without feeling too noisy-just be mindful of others sharing the space. Do note that this isn't a working café, so it's best not to come expecting Wi-Fi or plug points. Seating is comfortable, with a nice mix of regular tables and cosy coffee-table-style seating. The team here really stood out. The servers and order-taking cashier were genuinely warm and friendly, and they offered great recommendations, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. As for the drinks, they were lovely. I had an Ethiopian coffee with oat milk and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth it wa
