martinaw629Pasang and Claire and their staff are such nice people, they have such good hearts and it reflects in everything!!||The coffee shop is so cosy and comforting full of plants taken care by pasang and his love for plants. The food is also made with so much love. Vegetarians and vegans will love this place and I had specify requests for gluten free cookies or freshly made soya milk. The girls always do their best to fullfill ones wishes.||The dishes from the menu are sooo good!! I love the Taiwan style sesame noodles!! But also if you want to eat in a long wooden table with other guests and staff in a cosy family atmosphere there is a set lunch for all who wish to join.||The coffee shop and rooms are so lovely with bamboo furniture and artists who helped painting the rooms.||I stayed here for some months on my own and the feeling of being taken care within a feeling of family was wonderful!!!
Lotus Do★★★★★From the moment you walk in, something shifts. The energy here is genuinely different — warm, intentional, alive. This is not a place that performs wellness. It simply is it. The food left me beyond words. Gluten-free pancakes, a vegan chocolate cake I’m still thinking about, a turmeric latte that felt like medicine, and a Buddha bowl so fresh and nourishing it tasted like the farm it came from — because it did. Every ingredient is handpicked and sourced from local organic farms. You can taste the difference. The eco conscious shop is one of the most beautiful I’ve found in Kathmandu — handmade, thoughtful, nothing here feels like an afterthought. And the homestay is a sanctuary. Minimalist, peaceful, the kind of space that makes you want to slow down and actually be somewhere for once. A hidden gem in Boudha that deserves to be found by the right people — those who know that how something is made matters as much as what it is. If you’re looking for nourishment that goes beyond th
Atong Monlam★★★★★Ananda Tree House in Boudha is one of those rare places where everything feels balanced. the ambiance, the food, the service, and the peaceful environment. The coffee here is genuinely exceptional. Whether it's a matcha latte, or their perfectly brewed pour-over, every cup tastes fresh, rich, and crafted with care. The staff are friendly, polite, attentive and maintain the overall peaceful vibe of the place. Service is smooth and timely.
Aaron Crawley★★★★★Cafe review: Ambience is really nice. Very calm atmosphere with a cafe dog 🐶. Lots of homeware and gifts available. Menu is nice, all clean and healthy food, not mega expensive either. Staff were calm and friendly. The noodle soup was very hearty and filling. The Tibetan tea was very interesting, give it a try if you think you might like it.

Tin Tin★★★★★Out of many guest houses and cafés around the Boudha, Ananda Tree House remains one of my favourite place to stay and spend a quiet time. They serve organic coffee and refreshing drinks, delicious homely food with love. The rooms are simple with neat and clean space. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. The beautiful eco shop in the corner is the best place for buying handmade gifts items from Nepal. Highly recommended.
