We had seen this from the top of our hotel in Pokhara on the first day itself and got curios what the place was. Given that it was likely to provide unobstructed vides if Phewa Lake, we decided that we must visit it during our stay in Pokhara. And so we did for a late lunch. Now finding the entrance to the establishment can be tricky. They must do a better job of it. But we made it up eventually 🙂. The have indoor seating and outdoor. We first sat down at a table near their pool. But it was quite busy there given the construction work going on to the jetty. We eventually moved to the to most level and occupied high chairs that gave us the unobstructed views to Phewa Lake; the one we wanted 😀. I have added a sample of the view in this review. The place gets a big thumbs up for their views. Now to the food. For starters,we ordered the Avocado and Cheese Tacos. The filling was tasty. The taco however was not a corn based taco. But with with something else. Overall, the combo was stil

This restaurant is one of the most unbelievable places I’ve ever been. Even though I’ve visited dozens and even hundreds of restaurants around the world and coming here from St. Petersburg, the city which is famous of its restaurants, brand chiefs and delicious food I was impressed by the level of Tipsy Tuna. The restaurant was opened a couple of months ago but already provides everything you need both food wise and the atmosphere. I’ve tried several dishes started with katsu chicken bao which were so tender and fluffy, then had chicken dumplings in chilly oil which was perfect as well, for a cold one I got salmon roll with a special sauce which highlighted and boosted the taste of the roll. But the most exquisite dish was a green curry with prawns. From the first bite i almost cried because of its taste. It was amazingly tasty, mouthwatering. I could literally stop eating this heaven. I wanted just applauded to the chief and its team. Must try for real. The atmosphere and details here

Had a great experience at Tipsy Tuna. The food was really good, the location is excellent, and the overall ambiance was enjoyable. The poolside area with the lake view is definitely the highlight and makes the place feel special. I also liked the creative ship theme with the staff dressed as sailors—it matched the interiors well and added a fun touch to the experience. The lift access to the restaurant and restrooms gives it a polished, premium feel. Only thing to note is that during rainy or windy Pokhara weather, outdoor seating may need to shift indoors quickly. Overall, a very nice spot to relax, dine, and enjoy the view. A must-visit place for great food at a fair price with friends, families, and even special events.

Just fresh off of a grueling 9 day trek, three of us were looking for a late lunch plus a chill place to just lounge, sip cocktails and decompress. Tipsy Tuna met all of those needs and then some! The sketchy entrance blocked by construction material led to a plush elevator, and voila! - we exited onto a sun bathed rooftop with an infinity pool ( it’s for decorative purposes only!) and a long view of Phewa Lake melding into distant hills. We got outdoors seating, very comfortable, and spent the next several hours chilling with drinks and small plates. Highly recommend the gyoza (. dumplings) and the bao. ( steamed buns) No tourists, all locals! , mostly celebrating something or other and taking selfies. Very laid back and reinvigorating! Highly recommend if you are in Pokhara!

I absolutely love the overall vibes of this place! Plus the carefully crafted cocktails and the panasian food really takes it to another level. Let’s not forget the lake view u get to see enjoying the amazing food and drinks. I would love to come back to try rest of the cocktails and even book for a private event.
