The interior is charming and cozy, featuring great natural lighting from the front windows and greenery inside. The coffee wasn’t too strong or acidic, the green tonic had great flavor, and the food we purchased was flavorful and nutritious. I do wish the Americano I ordered was larger and followed more of the traditional cup size, but it was nice nonetheless. Daniel Patterson★★★★★I visited the cafe twice over my short time in Alkmaar and it's one of the best coffee shops I've been to in the Netherlands. The staff are super friendly, warm and attentive. Coffee is great, I had a cortado the first time and a cappuccino the second. Both were steamed well with great texture and temperature. Food is lovely I had a chicken Caesar sandwich and it was delicious and very filling. Also their pasties are great and served warm! All in all it's a lovely space and if I'm ever in Alkmaar again, I will definitely be back!
