Louis★★★★★Very good food and friendly waiting staff. Various vegan options available. I recommend the vegan "proeverij": an assortment of vegan(ized) dishes, for a minimum of 2 guests. (Not sure if this was actually on the menu, but I read about it on Happy Cow.) A vegan/non-vegan combo is possible, where the non-vegan elements are served separately.
Pushpa Toekoen★★★★★Habibi is an authentic Arabic restaurant in Amersfoort. I have eaten a lot of Arabic dishes in restaurants, but my my, this is what authenticity tastes like. The Pita Falafel was so spiced and flavorful! Even the Pita itself was freshly homemade. The Kofta balls, Bastilla and Baklava were really tasty as well. There were also fresh salads added with the dishes. The staff is really polite and friendly! They left a sweet message on our take away bag. Habibi is a real recommender if you are in Amersfoort!

Make sure you're hungry enough... Dishes are spiced very well, delicious. For the vegetarian there is less choice on the menu. Try Habibi!
