Stopped at this local restaurant. The staff was so friendly and the food was awesome. We ordered the Dutch stamppot of the day 16.95 euro with meatball. Other options include sausage or vegetarian. Also ordered a meatball sandwich, 9.95 euro, with mustard and a side of fries. Delicious 😋😋 Finished with Chocolate brownie (homemade) with chocolate sauce & whipped cream and Affogato which is Vanilla ice cream, mixed with Frangelico liqueur and coffee. Perfect lunch meal. Gotta go back for dinner and try the highly rated Spareribs Sonneveld. Served from the marinade with various sauces and salad

One of the best food establishments during my trip to Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and here’s why: First, the food. We ordered ribs, tomato soup with bread, Homemade Meatball, Bitterballen and their Homemade Apple Pie. I must say that their Apple Pie is the best one I’ve had during my entire trip across several European countries. Soft, sweet and palatable! The waiting staff were very helpful. While we arrived at the restaurant an hour earlier than we had reserved for, the staff were able to get us seat as soon as possible. We ordered the goat cheese pastry starter, which was disappointing. The pastry seemed to have been reheated in a microwave rather than an oven, making it overly chewy instead of crisp and flaky. We also ordered the ribs and stamppot. They were quite good, with the ribs being tender and flavorful, and the stamppot nicely prepared.

I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to the stuff here. In this Monday night, I accidentally ordered the Typical Dutch Stamppot instead of the Spareribs Sonneveld - and i forgot it! When the food came, i totally stunned, but stuff said it's okay, she can change the stamppot to the rib, no more extra fee. Finally, we have a great meal here, the rib is awesome!
