Rise Bakery is a fantastic spot that delivers on both quality and atmosphere, making it well worth a visit. From the moment you walk in, there’s a relaxed, welcoming vibe that immediately sets the tone. The space feels thoughtfully designed—cool without trying too hard—and the seating is comfortable and inviting, making it easy to settle in whether you’re stopping by for a quick coffee or a longer catch-up. The real highlight here is the pastries. Everything we tried was fresh, beautifully made, and full of flavor. You can tell there’s real attention to detail in both the texture and taste, s

Italian owned pastry shop. I ordered the most interested earl grey cruffin and salted caramel cube, both are good in terms of the pastry itself, but I don't like the icing on top, it makes them a bit too sweet. The flavor of the flat white is intense and it worths a try. We sat in the cafe for two hours after the exam and spent really relaxed time there. Overall chill experience!

This place is amazing and the reviews in this case definitely prove it. Cozy atmosphere, good aesthetics, amazing variety of both savory and sweet pastries. I visited this place twice in 3 days. Every pastry I tried was excellent, but the most memorable would be the spicy mango papillon. Amazing natural mango flavor with a decent amount of spice, and of course super flaky and buttery. The mushroom quiche was also super good.

So so good! One of the (if not the) best cheese and tomato sandwiches. Served by the owners. Really nice couple. The pasties were so good. Really happy we stopped by. If we lived in Amsterdam, this would definitely be our local got to spot!
