Van Stapele Koekmakerij is a popular stop. They bake fresh cookies all day from 10:00 AM until they sell out (often before the end of the day), so it’s best to go before 4:00 PM. There’s usually a line, especially on weekends, but it moves pretty quickly. They only sell one type of cookie: dark chocolate dough filled with a soft white chocolate center. The outside is slightly crispy, and the inside is warm and gooey. It’s tasty and nicely balanced, not too sweet. They really make good cookies, but I wouldn’t say it’s something very special or unique. I also think €3 for one cookie is a bit pr

Staff were lovely, building was like wonkas chocolate factory!! Only 1 type of cookie which was interesting, cookie was very nice but did taste like something I make at home. Fresh and crisp but nothing mind blowing. Would probably go back

There is nothing quite like this cookie. Be prepared to wait in line and definitely give it a try — the queue moves surprisingly fast anyway. Despite being sweet, it is not overwhelming at all and tastes absolutely incredible. If you buy the 6-piece pack, it comes in a cardboard box for €15. Single cookies cost €3 each. You can also keep them fresh for up to 4 days.

The location is very central. The cookies were incredibly delicious. I think the size is too big. Prices are 3 euros. They prepare it before your eyes. Generally, there is a 5-10 minute queue in front of the car at any time of the day. Also, the employees were friendly. It's definitely a place I recommend you try.
