I have been here twice. The first time, I had to wait 10 minutes even though there were not many people. In the women’s restroom, only one stall was working, and it was occupied for more than 10 minutes, so I had to use the men’s restroom. It was extremely dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. Yesterday was my second visit. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order — 20 minutes! People who ordered after me received their food earlier. Nice place, but we visited few times already and thats true it’s dirty. Even today, a couple left their table and for 1 hour no one came to check to clean it. A shame! Unfortunately I’m not alone with this opinion :(

Waited 19 minutes for two basic burgers with a small fry from the promo, canceled my order… is it really a fast food restaurant if you need to wait 20 minutes and your food is not even close to being ready? Hire more people, this is absolutely not acceptable on a Sunday evening: it’s not even peak hours..!!!
