Rather than the usual dishes, the food here felt thoughtful and beautifully balanced with local ingredients. Everything was really delicious, and I especially recommend the orange chicken and the Beijing duck.

We did the option for the menu where you are just given different courses at the staff recommendation - it was a really good combination of soup, sushi, meat dishes and veggies. Not what I was expecting but it went down very well with my colleagues and I. Staff were very informative and friendly. Would love to visit again and sample more of the menu
