Cath Alisa★★★★★A lovely café near the Cheese Market with a beautiful interior and a warm, cozy atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cake was absolutely delicious , fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A perfect place to relax after exploring the market. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
So-An Ssi★★★Stopped by twice. The first time, we had coffee/tea and cake. The coffee/tea was served with a small syrup waffle (“stroopwafel”). Very tasty. The cakes were by Dudok. Also, very tasty. We ordered the apple pie, lemon merengue pie and cheesecake. The cheesecake had been decorated with bits of syrup and waffle. It was a warm day and the cakes had not been kept in the fridge. As a result, the cheesecake had started melting. And, the merengue had gone so soft that it slid off the lemon pie. The second time, we had lunch. We ordered a soup and a sandwich. I very much enjoyed their special “Goud
Yung Chan★★★★★The best restaurant so far during my stay at Amsterdam. I chose the restaurant because of the beautiful interior environment, but the services and the food were surprisingly amazing. The food are reasonably priced. The carpaccio was super delicious and big in portion, only costs €11. We also ordered duck and Caesar salad, which are very tasty too. The duck was tender and juicy. The staff were very friendly and responded quickly (unlikely other restaurants we visited in Amsterdam before). One important thing is the drinks are cheaper and the staff are very generous with the drinks. I will defin
JP Flores★★★★Went back here after 4 years, this time a diner with friends. The service was much better this time around and the food was still good. We went for the 3 course menu. Certain dishes could be improved, for example the steak tartar that could have been seasoned better. Also the availability of dishes in the menu (last steak tartar and no more deer meat) could be better. Stroopwafel cheesecake was also just cheesecake with stroopwafels on the side, which was a bit disappointing. The portion of the tuna tataki compared to for example the salmon tacos, could be a little bigger.
