We had the complete de Waard dining experience, which is basically an all you can eat, with the limitation of ordering one dish per person, at a time. This can be better explained when ordering because we asked and it was not explained well. But the third time we asked it was clear that we could order everything from the menu, until 9:30pm. The dishes are not small, they’re medium size. So delicious and beautifully plated. The flavors were great. The carpaccio was my least favorite hit because the truffle mayo tasted like regular mayo.
