Nice big restaurant at the border of Gouda. Situated at a lake with a very nice terrace. The menu is oke with especially different meals vased on a steak. The personnel is very froendly and customer oriented. A pitty that they were absolutely not aware of the noice of scraping two tables over the floor. Dogs are alloeed and also serviced with water. It is pretty big with anout approximately two hundred guests. Logistics is very well. The crowdedness is no problem for the staff and waiting time is pleasant. The wine (primitivo) was excellent.

This establishment is located at a pretty place and most of the views include looking at some nice scenery of water and boats coming by. You're able to sit outside or inside, although the decor inside could be improved a tiny bit in my opinion. The food is great, you get what you pay for. It's laid out in a nice way and they have some interesting dishes besides steak (seeing they are mainly a steakhouse). The staff is very friendly and nice to talk to as well which is a nice bonus. They also have vegan options if you're into that.

I had a bad experience in this restaurant. Price and quality are not a good balance, We are asking for kids can come with the starter, but they are forgotten after the starters we can get any knives and forks on the table. We are trying to ask for the waitress but she does not care about us, just walking into the restaurant and drinking soda with a straw!!! After five minutes when the main course arrived we still don't have cutlery. The food tastes less tomato super cold can taste anything the steak just tastes salt presentation is not comparable with the price. I expected more from this resta

Unexpected nice spot beside water. Very close to highway and have free parking. We went outside the busy hours, so was quiet and not too cozy. Food is good as always with Loetje. They also have boats to rent. Definitely will try the next time with kids. Kind staff and pretty interior. Only Les convenient is the toilet is upstair and not really a diaper change place for baby.
