H dyman★★★★Although the café looks old from the outside, it feels warm and cosy once you step inside. I ordered fresh ginger with honey, and I liked that I could add the honey myself to suit my taste. I was surprised that there wasn't a drinks menu, so every customer had to ask the staff about the available drinks before ordering. The cakes also didn't have prices, so you needed to ask the staff for those as well. Overall, it's a nice book café to relax in, especially if it suddenly starts raining and you want a cosy place to stay for a while.
Anisa★★★★★A really unique cafe in Den Haag. As Google Map says, it really is a cafe, book store and library all at once. It is a good place for everyone; for those looking for a cafe to catch up with friends, or for those looking for a place where they can work on their laptop. In the warmer days, they also have seats outside (both in front of the store as well as in their backyard garden). Overall a very cute cafe, so much so that we went twice on our day trip to Den Haag ❤️
Madhura Joshi★★★★★One the most wholesome cafes in Den Haag. I often find myself in this place, who wouldn't? It is surrounded by books and coffee. But that is not the only thing that lands me in this cafe. The staff, the vibe, the collection of books, the events hosted here and many more. You will definitely have a beautiful time here. If you live in Den Haag they have a reading night every Tuesday.
Cate★★★★Obviously the Tik Tok influencers have spotted this place and it was very busy. A nice cup of mint tea but browsing for books did not feel leisurely because of the crowds of people trying to get their instagram photos and videos. I hope the hype setttles down and the bookstor regains its tranquility.
