de Van★★★★★The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious!! The portions were a little small, though. The fries were also really tasty. And the terrace was lovely
Marina Borzova★★Overall a cozy place, but the portion sizes are ridiculously small. I ordered tarte flambée, and it was basically a small pastry size. However in the menu it’s listed under “dinner” options, and it doesn’t say anywhere that it’s a tiny snack. The tarte was very tasty, but just way too small for anyone, and I’m a small woman. Also imho if smth is called tarte flambee I expect it to be just that, not a reinvented version half the size. At the end, we waited quite awhile for it, which is fine cuz the place was packed, but we left hungry since we didn’t want to wait more for another tiny dish.
Danique Hsu★★★★★When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly, and since we had a reservation, we were immediately shown to a cozy table in the back (both the terrace and inside were completely full). The staff were sweet, helpful, and welcoming. We really enjoyed the fondue à l’emmental with fries and the tarte flambée de Carèl. To finish, we had the crème brûlée amaretto with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and the chocolate mousse. The mousse was delicious, though definitely a generous portion!
Marine★★★★Nice cheese fondue. You can serve a bit more bread and cheese for 2 people. Table was very small for the cheese fondue! No space for water they didnt ask if we wanted to have water (or refill of wine) at all! Nice atmosphere but service can be better.
