I guess economy may have caught up with them. The food has gotten pricy ranging from 60 to over 100 thousand after including VAT, service charge and consumption tax. Still fancy the ambience. It is good looking. I had salmon there. Can't say it was delightful. To my right were guest who asked for Fisherman's rice. Maybe that is their signature dish. The food felt overpriced for the quality.

My experience at Noir was absolutely amazing. When I called to ask for directions and check if I could walk in, the person who answered greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm. It genuinely felt like they’d been expecting me. They even took the time to confirm that the road wasn’t blocked, since Google Maps had shown construction in the area. The food was exquisite and incredibly satisfying as my taste buds were truly grateful. The service was equally impressive. I really appreciated how the staff member offered thoughtful food recommendations and made me feel like I was their only guest. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Well let's just face it, it wasn't fine dining..price was, food was sub standard. Out of a party of 7 people, 4 were either not happy or just disappointed. Service took to long, over 1 hrs and when the food came it was either sloppy over cooked or just rushed. I had high hopes for the place, due to its fabulous menu, but the atmosphere there was also a little dead, with more staff hanging about than guests. Also there was no lift, lots of stairs and we had an elderly guest with us with mobility issues. A sad affair to be honest. Lower your prices, or change your chef please!

Had the BBQ Sunday Brunch this weekend and the food was amazing. The ambience of the restaurant is great. I had the Felicity cocktail which was really nice but my friend didn’t like the Bloody Mary. The grilled calamari was delicious and I felt stuffed after a while. Had the wings packed as to go. Lovely experience

Quiet and pleasant evening. Not too many guests. Bar guys were excellent and whipped up great cocktails based on our peculiar requests. Even gave a tour of the facility. Salmon wasn’t fantastic but they made it up by serving dessert free. The manager was available all through. Well done Noir. Best of all, she paid 😀

The aesthetics definitely gives fine dining with a twist of “we’re not so uptight here” lol. The atmosphere was very appealing. The service was great. The wait time wasn’t so bad and the staff was very polite and helpful. The food was good, although I got too overwhelmed to eat my mains as my boyfriend decided to pop the question right after our main course came. But I can say for a fact that the dumplings was the star of the day.
