“Ordered Biryani. They simply put boiled veggies beneath the rice and served as biryani. Who in the world even puts pumpkin, cauliflower in Biryani! And tons of it!! No spices, not even salt. Absolutely bland! Worst Biryani I have ever tasted. Avoid this place!”
“Great restaurant close to Murtrah Souk. We had the lamb and lamb chops and it was amazing! Very tasty and good portion size. Price is a bit expensive but it’s worth it.”
“Beautiful restaurant and great food. We have a big family of 6 and 2 kids and we were offered a family platter by our server Faisal Ahmed. He was very attentive. This was enough for us. Great friendly staff and located at a great place. Thank you so much!”

Navid Hassantash★★★★★I went to Royal House recently and tried their seafood—it was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend it to my friends. Recently, they added specialty coffee to their menu, and the ones I tried were amazing—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. A solid five-star spot!

Mustafa Emre Selek★★★★★The food here is absolutely delicious — every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell that the ingredients are fresh and that a lot of care goes into the preparation. The service was equally impressive; the waiters were attentive, polite, and genuinely made sure that everything was perfect throughout our meal. Another thing worth mentioning is the parking situation — it’s actually quite convenient. There are several places nearby where you can park your car without any problem, which makes the whole experience even smoother. Overall, this place offers a great balance of taste, service, and comfort. It’s definitely a restaurant I’d recommend to anyone looking for a satisfying meal and a pleasant dining atmosphere.
Paul Berry★★★★★A fabulous spot to enjoy some local food made with honesty and pride. Savoured two seafood dishes for lunch which were delicious. Wait staff were attentive and provided fantastic service and smiles. Easy no hassles don't be scared to enjoy the food.
Stjepan Jelekovac★★★From a local guy we heard that this resturant has good grilled meat. We had lamb chops, beef steak and chicken kebaab. Sea food soup and a mushroom soup. Lamb chops were burned on grill and very very chewy. Beef steak was made well done, thin and not the proper piece of beef for a steak. Rice with eggs was the best thing and a ginger - lime juice was to recommend. The service was very good. Would not recommend this place for westerner tourists seeking for grilled meat.
Vanessa★★★★★•Hot pita •Hummus was nice and smooth •Fatoush salad was tasty •Chicken and rice dish was very flavoursome This was our first restaurant in Muscat and the food set the bar high for us regarding the hot pita bread and flavoursome chicken. Not sure other places lived up to the food here. Very quiet area so little or no atmosphere which we didn’t mind.
