“This is one of our go to cafes in the area. Their foods and drinks are delicious. And it is a quite affordable. I just wish the place is a bit bigger because it is a good hangout place. Also, I live their dubai chewy cookie.”
“Food 10/10 specially the nachos and carbonara. Service 10/10 less than 15mins with our 5 drinks and serve with smile 😃 Ambiance was great specially the sun set is stunning. Definitely coming back”
“Was great and all. Just had this one experience where I clearly said “All meat” for the nachos but gave me one with veggies. Didn’t do anything at all and just served it as is, went to reorder but they told me that there was no meat left.”

Joana Mae Crebillo★★★★★I had such a wonderful experience at Rooftop Cafe by Cee in Quezon City! The ambiance was cozy and relaxing, especially with the rooftop view that made the whole visit feel extra special. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and every dish we ordered was flavorful and satisfying. The staff were warm, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, catch up with friends, or enjoy a quiet meal with a great city vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Jenny Anden★★★★★I went here yesterday with my sister and the ambiance is nice and cozy. It would have been perfect if we get to see the sunset but sky’s too cloudy. I tried the tinapa pesto, chocolate cake and dalgona coffee. Nothing special with coffee, it is my first time to try dalgona variant and I think it’s an “okay” taste. The pasta is good I liked it and will definitely try other pasta too. I just find it weird that we have to pay 10 pesos for the “akyat service”. In costing they should’ve included that. Chocolate cake is okay, it’s just sweet and i don’t know if my palate has problem that day but I couldn’t taste any “chocolate” flavor in it. Overall, it’s an okay experience for me and I think I get what I paid for. It’s the free bird-show that got me hooked! I will give it another chance, maybe.

Joy Pantoja★★★★★This cafe open by 4pm and they're on the third floor of the building. We ordered magnum chill, caramel and choco chill, while for the snacks we got smores and butterscotch. The prices was a bit expensive but after you got your order it was all worth it though. The drinks was good as well as the food. The whole place was aesthetic and very instagramable. They said this cafe was open until 1am. I just hope they clean the whole place though before they open the cafe because I noticed some dirts, it might affects the experience of people visiting this place

Sydney Gonzales★★★★★10/10 for the iced matcha and egg tart. They use real matcha and the egg tart was good, tastes like Lord Stow's. Affordable too. Space is small, crowded during sunset time and not suitable for people working online cus the chairs aren't comfortable to sit on. Amazing view of the sunset with a view of the slum areas too. Would defo go back again.
Raymwel Selibio★★★★★Relaxing place, classed brew, superb taste. Commonwealth has been needing an iconic cafe with a twist and this might be the one; it's only on its humble phase and has a lot of potential to expand their place and menu.
