β€œThe ambience was really cool! Literally, mahangin, because of the amazing skyline views. Downside, ang bilis lumamig ng food. So you really have to eat fast. I was excited to try the "Spicy Pork Ribs" but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the expectations. Medyo sweet and sour ang timpla.”

I ate at the restaurant here so I didn’t stay. I will tell you the view is top notch and the waitstaff is friendly and helpful. The food is middle tier as I only had one dish I can’t comment on the full menu. I have been to this area a few times and the view is the best part of the experience. Paid parking is 10php for a scooter ( don’t know how much car parking is) the coffee shop has a unique take on cheese cake and some pretty good Carmel coffee. I would return.

The place and the restaurant is kinda over rated in my opinion. Though the place has a good over looking view of the city at night. But the staff in the Taclobo's restaurant are not that attentive enough. We dined in the place around early dinner and though the place is not jammed pack with diners, the staff is not paying much attention to the guests. Like you really need to call them out just to get your order. The food is kinda ordinary but so far average in taste.

I come here for the view, but I stay for the Grilled Tuna Panga (jaw). It’s massive, smoky, and fatty in all the right ways. Eating outdoors on the terrace with the city lights twinkling below is one of the best dining experiences in Mindanao. Their Chicken Binakol (chicken soup cooked in coconut water) is also a great palate cleanser. It’s the best spot in Davao for a 'welcome dinner' to impress guests or for a romantic date night.

There's no parking, we waited too long in the restaurant. We ordered sinigang , the camaron rebosado and barbecue. To be honest the food wasn't good, not worth the price. Sinigang taste like a day old, not tender and taste was very sour. The shrimp they didn't cleaned and was very disgusting. The barbecue wasn't good too. View is nice, you can see the whole City but the food honestly I was very disappointed. I would recommend Gerry's instead .

Food was great and the prices were incredibly reasonable. Atmosphere was top notch with a group of musical performers that went table to table playing requested songs. The view of Davao was excellent from the attached walkable garden area that my significant other and I walked through while waiting for the food to be prepared. Would highly recommend this location to couples, and if a couple does come, bring a πŸ” engraved with the couples initials.

The merienda buffet spread at their Buhangin branch was a bit limited, with fewer options than expected. At β‚±499.00, it didn’t quite feel like the best value for money, especially since the actual spread differed from what was advertised on their social media. The selection included palabok, binignit, dinuguan, puto, sapin-sapin, camote que, maja blanca, cassava cake (which was quite firm and may not have been as fresh), kropek, and ice candy. During our visit, we also noticed a group of customers who chose to leave after seeing the spread, which was quite telling. Compared to other places like Rekado (β‚±350.00) and Dusit (β‚±395.00), which offer a more extensive selection at a lower price point, Jack’s Ridge at β‚±499.00 felt a bit underwhelming.
