Stopped by Oedo along Sto. Domingo Avenue for lunch and had a very good meal. The Salmon Foil Yaki was a nice start, with the salmon cooked in foil with miso sauce and just a bit of spice that made it more enjoyable. The Oedo Goten Mori was delicious and definitely worth ordering if you want a good assortment. The Ebi Tempura was also very good and disappeared from the table almost immediately. We also tried the Assorted Kushiyaki, which included chicken, pork, and even gizzard. Overall, Oedo is a solid choice for Japanese food in Quezon City and a place I would gladly visit again.

A top contender for delicious maki in Metro Manila. We ordered a lot more than expected and all were served fast within 15 minutes. Second time eating here and the quality has not changed one bit. Oyakodon was a bit salty for my taste and definitely needs something more to give it a perfect score. All in all, very comfy atmosphere, fast service and one of the most delicious maki’s in town!

Ive been to Oedo countless times before and it remains as one of my go-to Japanese restaurants in QC. Food was great. This time, we ordered curry, salmon sashimi, tempura, and the oedo maki - and everything tasted delicious. However, it would have been better if there was a button for calling a waiter/waitress for ordering food or asking for assistance. It was difficult for us to get the attention of their staff since we were seated in the inner part of the restaurant, at the farthest table (in the corner).

Oedo has a slightly dated feel, but the menu is extensive, ranging from ramen, soba, and maki to rice bowls and sukiyaki. Most dishes were good, though not the best Japanese cuisine. The tempuras were tasty but too heavy on the batter. The katsudon tasted like chicken and was a bit dry but still enjoyable. The gyudon was the highlight, with rich flavors and tender beef. The soba lacked flavor, and the maki relied heavily on cream cheese. Service in the VIP room was slow, and we had to follow up on our rice multiple times.
