Precious Grangerβ β βPriced almost like Starbucks but without the quality. Weβve been here 3 times and our French Vanilla and White Chocolate Frappes tasted identical. Food is okay but overpriced. The biggest issue is seatingβevery afternoon, standby staff or their friends occupy the customer chairs without ordering, leaving no room for actual customers to sit and relax. Hoping management improves this since it's the most convenient cafe in the area.

Roed Marioβ β β β βVisited this cafe at midnight. Staff was friendly. However, coffee was just average. Itβs affordable though so that may be why. No pastries were available during our time of visit. Place was comfy and clean. I can still say that this place may be good spot to relax and chill with friends. The smell of the tires though, but yeah, considering its a scooter parts and repair shop, thatβs quite understandable.

The greatest thing about this coffee shop is that they are open until 3am which is the best time to get some coffee or simply have some "coffee talks" with friends. The coffee is also amazing and can definitely gives you that kick you need to start or finish a task. I just wish that they add more coffee flavors and add-ons since I have a special coffee order that I can only get in starbucks.
