M Prado★★★★The view at this restaurant is absolutely amazing, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The food is both delicious and affordable, offering great value for the price. The only downside is that occasionally there’s a slight ocean smell, which can be a bit unpleasant. Overall, it’s still a wonderful dining experience.
Beatrice Alberto★★Brought my girl here for a dinner date. We were in very casual clothes(bc my girl didnt have dressy clothes so i went matching her outfit) anyway, the waiters were non chalant and dismissive towards us. it seemed like They based their quality of service on how you look like and how youre dressed. I had to try hard to get their attention sometimes having to shout and thats not the worst part. I knew the food here was superb bc Ive been here before i had the same experience with the waiters but hey i thought this time it would be different since it was quite a while since ive been here. its just disappointing when service people seem like they hate their job. idk if theyre not getting paid fairly na nag trigger kung bakit naging behavior nilang magbigay ng magandang service sa mga taong tingin nila tipper or ayaw lang talaga nila sa trabaho nila lol. paid our bill and kulang yung change ko. balak ko na sanang iwan nalang lahat ng sukli but decided not to kasi alam kong on purpose kinu
Andy Liskun★★★★!!Don’t visit on foot at night! My friend was robbed on the way back and lost 1000 PHP and other valuables.!! Way there is really sketchy! Only visit with Car! But this is something that has nothing to do with the restaurant it self, the food and the service was great! They even have a cat thats really cute, the view is stunning and the seats and all the different Sea food offers, make this a must have experience. The prawn shrimps (garlic and tempura) tasted delicious and the Mango shake me and my buddy got were also very good. They have a clean toilet and a good establishment with even better food. But be careful on your way there!!!!
Juana Long★★★★Great views and solid food, but service could be sharper We visited Harbor View for a weekend dinner and overall had a pleasant experience. The restaurant lives up to its name—the panoramic view of the marina is stunning, especially at sunset. What stood out: - Ambiance: Warm, nautical decor with large windows. Perfect for a date or a quiet family dinner. Food: The grilled salmon was fresh and well-seasoned, and the clam chowder was creamy with generous chunks of seafood. Portions are generous for the price. Drinks: Nice selection of local wines and craft beers. Where they lost a star: - Service: Our server was friendly but noticeably slow on a moderately busy night. We waited 15 minutes for the check, and water refills were inconsistent. Noise level: Gets quite loud near the bar area—ask for a table by the window if you prefer conversation-friendly seating. Bottom line: Worth a visit for the view and reliable food. Just don't be in a rush. I’d come back for brunch next time.
Nao R★★★Average restaurant for a huge price. Of course you pay for the view but the mussels were really bland which is juste laughable for a sea view restaurant. Portion sizes for the vegetable was huge and I would have liked the server to have told me since I was alone and it is presented as a side dish but it explains the price. The shake was way too sugary and small for the price. It neither tested like Ube or blueberries.
Ari Young★★★I visited Harbor View Restaurant here in the Philippines with my dad today, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience. The salad was just okay not the best…the lettuce could have been sliced better and felt a bit poorly prepared. The fries that came with the sandwich were cold, which was disappointing, and the sandwich itself just didn’t taste good at all. Overall, the food quality didn’t meet our expectations, and because of that, I don’t think my father and I would choose to come back again. I hope they’re able to improve the food and consistency in the future.

M. Holliday★★★★This place is what it is…a restaurant in the bay over the water. Nothing too fancy, however the prices are that of a fancier place. Food is good but you get the feeling it’s geared toward tourists and not the locals. Fish and lobster dishes were heavy on the vegetables and light on the fish and lobster. I remember this restaurant during 2002-2008. It is now a shell of itself in every respect. After ordering the lobster, I was told by the waiter that they only accept cash. I questioned that policy and the waiter amended it by claiming that the credit card machine sometimes doesn’t work so staff informs patrons they may require cash payment. Hmmm…sounds more like they want to make sure they’re going to get paid. The decor is a bit worn and needs updating. The food is tasty and mirrors the pictures in the menu. I wouldn’t recommend this place for everyone but if you want a meal over the ocean and you don’t mind paying for it, check out Harbor View. A better ambience is to be enjoyed durin
