My right hand to God, the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Definitely a tourist location and prides itself on that. Every other restaurant I’ve been to in Portugal offered complimentary bread, butter, and olives. This restaurant charged not only for bread, but butter as well! I couldn’t believe my eyes that you couldn’t get a little cup of butter without being charged. Not to mention, this is the most expensive restaurant I’ve been to so far. Service was lacklustre and inconsistent. Waiters weren’t rude but the inconsistency is what gave it a 1 star. I had the special of the day, lamb stew,

The food was very good. We ordered the secreto, veal and pork cheeks. They were all delicious and well seasoned. Strongly recommend the secreto. The desserts were not too sweet and absolutely excellent.

Very poor service, horrible food and way too expensive for what you eat.. I had pork cheeks with migas, a traditional Alentejo dish.. potentially the worst one i ever had.. the meat with no seasoning and tasted boiled and the migas was smashed bread like the one i feed my chickens.. My mom had block port “secretos” full of fat and skin, meat was not even cooked (raw pork meat..) and no salt.. Really good location with a privileged big outside area, yet horrible food. A place never to repeat
