I'm a Rider,, The order was ready and it's on the table, and order status was ready too... But they took half hour to pass it on my hand.. i was on window for waiting staff for half hour. They pass several times by window but they are busy to talk each other.. What a great staff 👏 I got several texts massage and call from the customer because the order status is ready.. customer was asking with me why not picking the order..!

We went on a busy Saturday night and made a big order on the self service computer. The order received was missing so many different items , it took ages to sort out resulting in the food going cold. Although the Supervisor organised the situation very promptly and with a high level of service. The servers were also friendly. The restaurant itself was clean . The bathrooms needed cleaning and maybe some small renovation,the ladies door did not lock properly .

Fries were delivered to me cold on the drive-in service. I’ve asked for ice cream, she said that the Kit Kat ice cream is out of stock, I said then it can be of maxibom, she didn’t told anything then on the payment she tells if I wanted a milkshake instead, I told her that wanted ice scream, she says all ice scream is out, let’s put the milkshake - I told her, I don’t like milkshake ao I want nothing. Payment terminal is damaged, I use iPhone to pay, so it was a mess for the iPhone to read my face in order to be able to pay. In the end the girl asks if I was ok, that’s was sweet of her, but sh

The staff is super slow when it comes to delivering orders. You can easily wait 20 to 30 minutes for 2 burger combos. They also seem extremely under prepared, we wanted to get 2 ice creams but opted to order from the cashier instead of the machines. We spent 15 minutes looking around, no one decided it would be a good idea to come talk to us (while we are literally at the spot where customers order).
