If you've had bitoque somewhere else, good or bad doesn't matter...just try here too. Everywhere else it's disappointing, dry and uninspiring. Here it's something unique as it comes with an amazing sauce. Everytime when I finish I have to ask for more bread, the sauce is delicious. Mustard, garlic, and more, but not too overpowering. Just delicious, get extra bread, you'll want it!

Corner cafe famous for bitoque. We decided to give it a try ...and were not disappointed. Not the kind of food we would usually eat, but since is a local specialty it was time for us to check it out. Pork loin topped with an egg covered with sauce with side of fresh fries. The sauce tasted a bit like hollandaise, but wit a much lighter consistency and more flavors. The fries.. were the perfect soakers of that flavor.
