KAIA LOUNGE is A truly vibrant with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately sets a positive tone. The place feels lively yet comfortable, making it perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. What really stood out was the staff — specially Maria and my fellow kababayan, they were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Every request was handled with care, and their friendly approach made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Stunning views, food is okay, service and atmosphere are great, special thanks to hayat, abdulrahman, karen, cheska, and the arsan team for their kindness and great hospitality. There is 180 SAR minimum charge, shisha is excluded from the minimum charge. Really recommend it, especially to watch the sunset and have dinner, i believe it’s the best time to be there, there is a Dj and a band on the weekends, they start late around 20:30, and they are okay. Bathroom is very clean but needs a lot of maintenance.
