As the name suggests: indeed a simple cafe. Cosy atmosphere and extremely pleasant staff - truly one of the best cafes in Singapore 🥰 It’s rare to find cafe which changes to a seasonal menu. From the painting decors on the wall, it seems that the pastry chefs or the owners are the alumni of Le Cordon Bleu? Breakfast plate with purple rice toast is AMAZING soft and fragrant. Super good experience!!! Best desserts ever, the menu is so cute, I tried the oolong tea sweet potato roll and osmanthus latte. Both of them were amazing. I would say the price is really reasonable given the taste, appearance and vibe here. Best thing is they change their menu frequently, can’t wait for my next time to be there. (The flower was brought in by me hehe, but it looks cute with the desserts:)

This cafe is truly one of a kind in Singapore - rarely does a cafe do a seasonal menu that centres around in-season produce as the star, and they do it with heart. There’s alway something new to look forward to, both never before seen items and staples that are refreshed with the seasonal produce. Like have you ever seen a cafe do lei-cha inspired toast and cake?? The food, bakes and ambience are very cozy, the staff treat both the customers and food with much care and you can really tell. Always wonderful to spend time here either with good company or just chilling by myself on a quiet, calm afternoon :)
