One of my favourite cocktail bar spots in Singapore. Love the intimate vibes and drinks especially since the flavours are really unique, and they have a weekly rotating cocktail menu too!

This bar focuses on experimental gin infusions such as mala baby abalone, salted oysters, mapo tofu as well as wine-washed cheese. We were quite reserved in our options because we went with black lime and dried shrimps 🤪 My bespoke drink was a 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫-𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 made with a dried shrimps infusion paired with ume for a sweet, sour and savoury experience. While my partner’s 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐤𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐧, made with a black lime infusion, bak kut teh spices topped with olives for a savoury, peppery kick. If you prefer slightly safer options, they do have a menu that changes frequently where you can choose how crazy/safe and easy/stiff you prefer your cocktails! I got the 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞 & 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 that was sweet and creamy with a lovely fragrance of red dates, highly up my alley. While my partner got the 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧, 𝐔𝐦𝐞 & 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐦 𝐎𝐥𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐝 that was stiff and sp

★★★★★ Found this hidden speakeasy cocktail bar 🫶🏻 The whole space felt super cosy and intimate with dim warm lighting, oriental touches and such a relaxed atmosphere. What made it extra fun was their cocktail concept — the menu changes often, so every visit feels different and makes you curious to come back again. They also have off-menu specials which felt really creative and personalised. What we had: • 𝑯𝒐𝒋𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒂 & 𝑴𝒂𝒄𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒂 𝑶𝒍𝒅 𝑭𝒂𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒅 Warm, nutty and smooth. • 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒊 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑪𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑫𝒓𝒚 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒊 Definitely for adventurous drinkers 😂 spicy, savoury and unlike anything we’ve tried before. • 𝑩𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒍 Light, refreshing and easy to drink. • 𝑩𝒍𝒖𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒍 Sounds intimidating but surprisingly refreshing. Really appreciated how experimental yet well-executed the drinks were. You can tell there’s a lot of thought behind every cocktail here. Service was warm too and the bartenders were h

It was surprising to see a hidden bar with such good vibe and unique cocktails!! If you want quiet & cozy cocktail bar with your date or friends, i highly recommend this place 💛 My fav drinks of 4 was Blue Cheese and apple cinnamon sour & Bandung Alexander!! Both smooth and easy-drinking yet strong enough to get tipsy haha. The bartender was so professional, she could exactly recreate your preference into real cocktail.

A cosy hidden bar that gives off major ancient apothecary vibes, a must-visit for gin lovers and cocktail enthusiasts, especially if you enjoy a good filthy martini!! They do mostly bespoke drinks, so just turn to the shelves of infused gin, where you’ll find all sorts of wild, wacky, and wonderful ingredients (think char siew, blue cheese, salted bacon, torched dates, fermented pineapple skin, and even Sichuan spiced duck heads), and/or get the bartender to whip up something based on your preferences—the possibilities are endless 🤪 Loved the refreshing, wonderfully fragrant Thai tea, gula melaka, ginger & lime sour; and the ssamjang (Korean soybean paste) martini, which was not just savoury, but also earthy and a little spicy. Soooo good.

Randomly stumbled upon this excellent bar from a Google search. It had glowing reviews (still does) and so decided to try it. There isn’t a board outside (like a speakeasy), so we couldn’t really spot it. We thought we had missed it when we found an old staircase that leads to this place. Initial impression upon seeing this hidden bar is old-school with a soul. There was a gentle music playing and there was a mix of Indian, American and even some local 70’s music being played. The decor is that of an old mama shop/Kirana store with things you would find in the 70’s or 80’s. There is no fixed menu of cocktails. Instead, your bartender will ask you what you are in the mood for and will accordingly concoct a custom cocktail. Our host was Daniel. He was very friendly and asked us what we were in the mood for. He made 4 brilliant cocktails from scratch, each matching the description of what we requested. There weren’t any overly strong flavours, and the drinks were really smooth. Exc
