I'm giving 5 stars because of the restaurant, because if it were up to Just Eat, I'd give them a big zero. What an ordeal trying to get food in Aranjuez today! We scheduled an order yesterday afternoon for 2:00 PM today. 2:30 PM came and went, then 3:00 PM... and nothing. The worst part is that when you contact Just Eat's chat support, they lie to your face: they told me the order had already been dispatched and was out for delivery. A blatant lie. The croquettes are delicious! I love the stew croquettes, the ham croquettes, and the cod croquettes. They're great quality and good value for money. Besides enjoying them at home, they're also perfect for parties! 👏👏

We ordered roast chicken, fried rice, potatoes, and tequeños (cheese sticks). It's a disgrace, an embarrassment to sell something like this. The chicken was dry, cold, and tough; the potatoes were even worse. The tequeños were raw inside. Everything seemed reheated and was so cold it was disgusting. It's infuriating to have to wait, waste money, and go hungry. Not even a dog would eat this. What nerve! If you're going to sell garbage like this to someone, it's really not worth ordering from there again. Never again!!!

The food is delicious, the chicken is amazing, and the desserts are top-notch, especially the Oreo cream. The customer service is always fantastic; Dayana is incredibly friendly and attentive to our orders. Every time we go, we leave very happy with both the service and the quality of the food.
