We only sampled but a couple of their offerings, but their menu is chock full of vegan versions of traditionally non-vegan (mostly Spanish) well-known dishes. What’s more: they add an extra twist here or a speciao touch there to make it even more interesting, so they go beyond predictable by-the-book subtitutions. Beautifully decorated (and lit!) we were lucky to have the place all to ourselves, which made the meal all the more enjoyable.
