Rob Jukes★★★

Nice location for a drink but English people beware. We were charged 18 euro for a bottle of mediocre white wine. Our fault really as we should have asked the cost before drinking. Waiting staff seemed a little shocked at the price but the boss insisted it was correct. Our Spanish was not good enough to argue the case. There are many really nice places in Badajoz that sell wine of a higher quality for less money. Caveat emptor and ask before ordering

We arrived a little after 1 and we were the only people at the restaurant for a half an hour and didn’t get served lomo (only needed to be cut), 4 croquetas, and solomillo until 2:30. The slowest service. We had to ask when the food would be coming because we had to leave soon and might cancel the order.
