This restaurant is a gem. The food is both delicious and inventive, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere charming. It’s clear that the chef has put a great deal of thought into crafting each dish. The take on the almuerzo valenciano was particularly interesting, especially the bocadillo component. The fish served among the starters was cooked to perfection. I also especially enjoyed the flan with white chocolate and miso. Service was timely and efficient throughout the meal. I will definitely be back.

Just left La Fava and can only say this is by far the best cooking I have come across in Benidorm. All the dishes are imaginative and beautifully presented , I’d even say they are pretty. When you have a chef that cooks with his heart coupled with a lot of talent and intelligence, the results will be exceptional, as they are here. The only problem for us was that we over ate, which is forgivable as the menu is stuffed with so many dishes you want to try. One dish of pork and tuna eaten like a taco was really excellent.
