Classic coffeeshop in Burgos. Plays jazzy music, which is great for a low-key morning. The bartender/barista was very nice. We ordered some café con leche and croissants which were JUST baked were offered. They were amazing. Definitely recommend for a small breakfast. They also have cake, which looks very good - maybe as an afternoon snack.

I love this place after so many visits but my latest one we were probably looking like sweaty Pilgrims putting off the real punters so we duly left. It's not the cheapest gig in town by a long way but late at night the smooth jazz is lovely. During the day the terrace is superb but I think we had the chairs at a jaunty angle and when the owner straightened them we knew it was time to go....so we did.

Atrocious service. The owner is the rudest man I've had the displeasure of meeting in my life. I used to be a regular customer when I was living in Burgos and we went to return while on vacation for a reunion and they tried to take advantage of us with our order and totally mistreated us. I guess they thought we were tourists and tried to take advantage. They refused to correct it and they threatened to call the cops. They kicked us out of the café. I will never go back unless the management changes. It is a shame because a few of the servers are sweethearts. Considering going back up to get a
