We arrived here with the hope of having a good vermut, and ended up having a GREAT vermut, as well as a delicious morcilla (blood sausage). The patatas bravas were ok, a little bit soggy unfortunately. Definitely recommend for a snack/quick tapa. There are no waiters, so you have to go to the bar to order, which is very common in Burgos.

Terrible food. No tienen verguenza!! We ordered a steak and they brought a chewy, old, smelly pieces of meet that for sure was not a beef. It was almost impossible to cut and chew. It smelled and tasted like a dog meat served in Vietnam.
