A spectacular experience! I absolutely loved everything, but I have to give a special mention to the sea bass with Thai curry: an incredible explosion of flavors, perfectly executed. Also, if you come, the cheesecake is simply essential; you can't leave without trying it. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive at all times, with special mention going to chef José Moreno. Without a doubt, a must-visit spot in Cáceres that I will definitely return to.

Last night we went to Achiperre for dinner. The place is cozy, the staff very attentive and friendly; they greet you warmly, show you to your table, and invite you to look at the menu. While you browse it, you order your drinks, and another waiter comes over to explain the menu and suggest dishes and off-menu options based on your preferences. There were two of us for dinner, and we ordered potato salad, two citrus scallops and two Iberian scallops, Iberian pork carpaccio, and pork ribs, accompanied by several glasses of Verdejo wine. Incredible experience! The whole Achiperre team was fantastic! The cheese tartine pairing with Tokaji wine is absolutely wonderful! And the Iberian pork meatball sandwich is truly breathtaking—a real explosion of flavors across your palate! I'll definitely be back! To keep trying more things!! Keep it up!! 5 stars isn't enough! We ate here today and it was an amazing experience! What we liked most was the oxtail brioche, followed by the potato salad and the patatas bravas. In general, the staff are very friendly and explain everything kindly, but the quality of the food is simply outstanding. The cheesecake was another delicacy 😋😋
