One star because the Palomitas were very good. I went so many times, but was never treated like this. I speak good Spanish, but was asking the waiter for help as I wanted to try two special montaditos, but I don’t eat meat. Well, you can see on the picture that one was with jam and the other with a sausage! When I told him that, he didn’t care and told me that this is not “carne”. Look at the picture! He didn’t do anything. Zero customer service! Spent more money for the trash, thanks!!

A few days ago, after I got in line to order, the bartender told me off because apparently I didn't follow the markings on the floor. He was right, although the signs were in a pretty bad shape which makes knowing what to do and the exact way to do it a little tricky, but we ALL should have formed the line according to such markings and people there were doing it wrong already, long before I arrived. Plus, he was pretty rude about it. I understand he probably must deal with this kind of situation many times a day since nobody walks in a bar looking down to find some markings and is probably a

This chain is good for a catch-up. It’s the same menu everywhere and it’s cheap. If your looking for five star food then this is not really for you, but if your looking for a catch-up with some snacks then this one will be a good choice. It’s cheap and the service is always fast. The lady that served us here was great. Enjoy x
