Javier Cazallas Zapata★1 star (because I can't give it 0) One of the worst bar experiences I've ever had. To begin with, they served us expired soft drinks: the Pepsi was stale, tasted awful, and was clearly spoiled. That alone should have been reason enough to leave, but we decided to give the food a chance… big mistake. We ordered some sandwiches, and when they brought them, they slipped us a smaller one, but of course, they charged us the same price. Everything was poorly explained, with the clear intention of deceiving us. And when we told the waiter, he didn't apologize, but rather mocked us, speaking rudely
Claudia Carnicero★Terrible experience. The waiters were incredibly rude and gave us awful service, looking down their noses and making faces. The food was absolutely disgusting. The egg was runny and slimy, the lettuce was crunchy but looked like it had been there for ages, the bacon was rawer than the meat even though it hadn't been pan-fried, and they didn't even give us a slice of tomato. The bread was kind of strange. Plus, the portions were tiny and everything was measured out in millimeters. The terrace was a disgrace. The awnings were filthy, the chairs were broken and slippery, and everything was incred
Carmen Sanchez★We went for dinner on a holiday and the experience was quite disappointing. We ordered sandwiches and were served guitars without warning, even though guitars are cheaper, and were charged the same price. When we mentioned the situation to the manager, his attitude was arrogant and completely disrespectful, as if it weren't important because it was a holiday. Furthermore, we ordered a steak sandwich that came with just the meat, no other toppings. When we asked, they told us that if we wanted anything extra, we should have specified it, when the normal thing to do is to inform or at least ask
Alain Mialy★A very negative experience in every way. For a moment, I thought I was on a hidden camera episode of "Kitchen Nightmares." Fights between waiters, shouting, food that never arrived, or 45-minute waits. The bathrooms were appalling, both in terms of cleanliness and condition. There wasn't even water to wash your hands. The toilets were also without water. Puddles of urine on the floor, loose electrical wires holding up metal bars. And the prices were astronomical. Patatas bravas for €15?!
