And honestly, pizza is all about the dough. The dough here was amazing. Really great flavor, very well done, proper Neapolitan style. Light, airy, and just really delicious overall. The service was also really good. My only complaint is that I feel like I was missing a slice of salami. Looking at the pizza, the distribution was a bit off. Like, just spread the salami properly. Besides that, I honestly have no complaints.
