Got a sampler plate with beef shawarma, hummus, pita, salad, samosa and falafel. Everything was delicious. Good portion size and the flavors were top notch. I highly recommend this place. After several days in Andalusia it was good to get into something different and Pasillo Oriental was perfect.

So i am always asking myself how is it possible to have a bad review in all the good ones. Now its with me. I was here at 9pm. Getting just a shawarma to go. I was really exited and they made it fresh and warm in the kitchen. What I got was a tiny one for 9 €. The tart of the meat was good but not wow and there was almost no salt inside. Idk. Maybe it was to late or the cook wanted to go home, but there where also guests in the restaurant. I would not recommend to eat a shawarma here. You get so much better things in Spain for 9 € ! Our experience here was wonderful as our first meal in Cordoba. Located in a beautiful street steps from the Mezquita Catedral of Cordoba, the restaurant offers seating inside on the first floor or on the second floor. The food was flavorful and delicious and was exactly what we were craving after a long day of travels. The hospitality was also top tier and we thoroughly enjoyed the chicken and beef sharwarma sandwiches and fresh lemonades. We ordered Cleopatra platter, which consists of hummus, falafel, and stuffed grape leaves. We also got chicken wrap along with Turkish tea. They all tasted good and served in time. This restaurant is always running busy so we recommend making a reservation.
