By curiosity I came to read the reviews and I am surprised to see few bad ones as I come to Rosella since the beginning. I love the coffee, is specialty coffee, so you won’t pay the “bar de esquina” price, but you will pay what other specialty coffee shops charges. As many other shops, you get your own sugar in the area designed for that (hey Jordi, seriously? Can’t get your own sugar??). As well, its is a small business that needs to maintain their family, yes they don’t have wifi or wall plugs for you to connect your computer and occupy the table for 5 hours having bought one cortado. Just realised l hadn't left a review for this gem! After trying the majority of cafés in Barcelona (yes, I've been to literally over 100), this is still the best place in the entire city for real coffee (espresso or long black). Extremely high quality whichever of the two beans they have that day. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff too. Don't think about passing it up if you're a coffee lover.

To me, best specialty coffee from the neighborhood and one of my favorites from Barcelona. Placed in a cute and quiet pedestrian street, with a nice terrace that in the afternoon gets some sun to enjoy. Service is excellent and also inside there are a couple of comfy armchairs and a few tables to sit. I saw at the counter they also have some sandwiches and some argentinian sweets.
