My husband reserved by telephone and asked if they had vegan options. He was told yes, that was no problem. We went there, were placed at a table for 2 and ordered a bottle of wine (a very good Chilean rosé). We ordered focaccia without cheese to accompany the starters since there was no other type of bread. My husband ordered a Insalata Caprese and Spaghetti Carbonara. I ordered a mixed salad, no animal ingredients, and asked for noodles with pesto, but please vegan. They told me the Maccaroni were vegan. Thank God we found out that the focaccia was made pf pizza dough, which had milk in it

Years ago, I wrote my first review when we discovered this place, and since then we've been back countless times. Over time, it's become our go-to pizzeria in Elda. We always leave happy: the pizzas are delicious, the appetizers are great, and you can tell they put a lot of care into their work.
