If you care about quality bread (and coffee), this place will make sense immediately. The bakehouse is more raw and industrial than their other locations, with beautiful natural light and the bakery in full view. You can actually see the process and the hard work behind everything they make. Everything here is outstanding. Get the grilled cheese and add the house-made kimchi. Don’t skip the canelé—crisp, custardy, perfection. The Tostada Tomate and baguette with jamón are also excellent. Each of their locations has its own personality, but the standard is always the same.
