Glenda Mendieta★★★★★

The best venison I have ever had in my life (I eat venison during the season almost every year). It was grilled and spectacular (perfect term), with a hazelnut pure and a cranberry marmalade to die for (in combination). I could do with slightly less rosemary on the meat but that is a matter of taste (I love the actual "strong" taste of venison). The leek cream was a good starter, thick and tasty. I could have done without dessert (hazelnut flan). Excellent service, good variety of wine (also half bottles). The restaurant is handsome and the location is very convenient.

Excellent Parrilla for lamb or Chuletón! What a delight. The chef has been in the business for 40 years and he knows what he’s doing. The service is great, friendly and very attentive. We had a great experience!

Have just had lunch here today. We are walking the Comino del Norte and this is the best meal we have had since Santander ( which was fine dining) . I was about to give up on Asturian food. Such a beautiful meal in a truely local restaurant. We ordered steak layered with mushrooms and truffles and pork sirloin with fruits and herbs. The meats were perfectly cooked and the flavours delicate. Such reasonable prices as well. We were the only tourists and although they spoke very little English we managed to communicate. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Best meats in town, and what is better... Best meat cooks. And great wines and desserts
