They have Canal and Trabanco cider, both with their respective Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). The place is spacious, the menu is quite varied, the cider is very good (Canal PDO), and the presentation of the dishes is excellent. We ordered cod and garlic prawn croquettes, which were delicious; calamari, very tasty and served with an aioli sauce; monkfish fritters, presented with the fish's bones and head (I forgot to take a picture 🤷🏽‍♂️); and then the house cachopo (breaded and fried veal cutlet), with cured beef and caramelized onions. The place is lovely, clean, and welcoming. The staff is fantastic; we ate there on a Saturday and went back on Monday to try the daily menu. The house cachopo with goat cheese, cranberries, and caramelized onions is addictive! Absolutely delicious. Everything is really tasty. I highly recommend trying these delicacies if you're in Gijón.
