I feel bad because they're nice and I'm sure they try hard, but I can't say much good about it. There were two of us for breakfast, they were fully booked, and they messed up half our order. I asked repeatedly for decaf coffee because caffeine makes me feel terrible. They said yes, but it wasn't. The service was unenthusiastic, and they brought out the toast wrong. The restrooms have been in pretty bad shape the three or four times I've been there. I'm sure other people have had better experiences, but honestly, I don't think I'll be back.

Very comfortable atmosphere; when it's busy inside, you have the option of the spacious terrace. The staff is very friendly and professional, especially Luis, the manager, who is very dedicated, attentive, and hardworking. The food is very good, especially the chicken sandwich 🥪—it's the best 🤤. Perfect for snacks and enjoying great burgers.

Smoking cigars is allowed on the terrace during meals, which is unpleasant, as is allowing pets (dogs) to eat on the tables, off the diners' plates, despite repeated warnings to the bar staff. It's deplorable that this lack of respect is tolerated.

I've come here many times because I like the place and the food, and the service was good until today when we had a bad experience with the waitress who served us, "Kiara." She was very rude and provided such poor service that I preferred to go to the bar and order our food from another waitress and pay immediately so that Kiara wouldn't serve us anymore. It's a shame that such a pleasant place on May 1st has staff like that. I don't understand how anyone can work in customer service.
